In 1.0 we're using a combination of <paper-drawer-panel> , <paper-toolbar> , <paper-header-panel> and <paper-toolbar> . In 1.0 Polymer Starter Kit [LINK] ( Github version [LINK] ) will do all the scaffolding for you (or at least get you started). It's super simple to do. Just install npm and yeoman at your terminal. Then at your command line, just hit: $ mkdir myproject $ cd myproject $ yo polymer Then give it a few minutes to run and it scaffolds everything out nicely for you. If you want to make a custom element, just do: $ yo polymer:seed and you're all set. Bonus Update Recently, there was an amazing video posted by Rob Dodson of the Polymer team about how to take your project "end-to-en

I copied the example of Rob Dodson here in his Todo-Example [this video] where he has a data-provider element and a view element: <template is="dom-bind"> <todo-data todos={{todos}}></todo-data> <todo-view todos={{todos}}></todo-view> </template> Inside the todo-data he is using iron-ajax binding it's last-response to {{todos}}. In my case I also need to append the next "page" to {{todos}} using rest api params offset and limit, so I need to keep track of the actual offset. Resulting in 2 scenarios whether I overwrite {{todos}} with new todos what is quit simple or the appending scenario, that is a little bit confusing: I need to retarget the scrolling event (fired when hitting lower-threshold of

I am using Firebase and Polymer in the following set-up: Firebase-Data As you can see, there are several users with their user-id and below a list card-sets. This is basically an array, but stored as object as I want to use firebase push id as this might become collaborative. [LINK] Polymer Code With Polymer I am using dom-repeat to iterate over the items (which worked great as long as I was using still arrays. <template is="dom-repeat" items="{{dataCardSet.card-items}}"> <el-card-editor card-item="{{item}}"></el-card-editor> </template> Problem As known, dom-repeat needs an Array, but Firebase gives me an Object as I am using the push-ids. Using an Array and store it to Firebase it not an o
