What it is

A 2016 Kurzgesagt animated explainer on the cosmological limits of human reach, covering the cosmic event horizon and how accelerating expansion puts most of the universe permanently out of reach. This is the old version of the video, and the channel has since published a newer one. Narrated by Steve Taylor with illustrated graphics.

Short answer is universal expansion. Humans today live in a very unique point in the history of the universe as we can see and speculate both what happened in the past and what will happen in the future. One of these future predictions is that the as the universe expands it will begin to expand faster than light. This will make it impossible for light to ever reach another galaxy or star system. The light will travel continously never reaching anything beyond the galaxy it exists in or even the solar system itself. Your planet could exist trillions (upon trillions) of years from now where this is happening and any evolved form of life would see empty space outside of their home system. I wou

The way the Earth travels is dependent on the gravitational influence of matter that surrounds it. This question is of how/if we can prevent or reduce certain objects effects on Earths movements through gravitational pull or attraction. Clarifications : Earth was an example. This is more about the premise not the object. Modern science or accepted theories are preferred but fictional ideas are also welcome if they aren't radically unrealistic. I am asking about potential ways to negate the gravitational attraction of specific objects on specific celestial bodies. Bonus Question: If it isn't possible now, could it be accomplished in the future Videos that may be useful: 1 [this video] 2 [LINK]

Parasitism ≠ Symbiosis TL;DR Living creatures that support whole ecosystems of parasites and decomposers would evolve better mechanisms to protect themselves unless those ecosystems provided benefits. Appearance and Behaviors Humanoids 6-9 feet tall Plague doctor mask heads Plantoids First off, we can justify such extreme humanoid heights by having your nurgles evolve on a world with lower gravity than Earth. Their plague doctor masks, although unusual, can be explained as exoskeletal features to protect their brains from parasites. I'm reminded of armored fish [LINK] for some reason. Also, Worldbuilding has speculated about sentient plantoids [LINK] in the past, so you'll find resources tha
