What it is
A 22-second clip of the post-credits scene from X-Men: The Last Stand (2006), in which Professor Xavier appears to have moved his consciousness into a comatose man. The uploader notes online sources call the body his twin brother and that the clip is Fox/Marvel's property.

If you watch the extra scene after the credits [this video] , Xavier has transferred his consciousness to the body in a coma he was referring to in the ethics class earlier in the film. This was when he asked, would it be ethical for a telepath to take over a body which was born with no mind and so kept in a coma for its entire life. He is smiling as he has an escape plan.

At the end of X-Men: The Last Stand , we see the comatosed, brain dead twin of Charles Xavier talking in Patrick Stewarts voice, implying that he somehow transferred his consciousness into his twins body, which is one theory [this video] . for how Charles Xavier is alive in the dark timeline of Days of Future Past . However, I have a (currently unprovable, thanks to lack of further films to fill in the gaps) theory about the relationship between Days of Future Past and the original X-Men films, including the two Wolverine spin offs. In X-Men 3: The Last Stand , which was explicitly in continuity in the timeline from which Wolverine was sent back to the past, Jean destroys Xavier's body. The answers to How can Professor Xavier be alive? [LINK] and Why did Professor X smile before being killed by the Phoenix? [LINK] explain that, as shown in the post-credits scene [this video] for The Last Stand , Xavier escapes to a comatose body which is actually his identical twin (hence still played by Patrick Stewart). But surely this twin would never have received the gunshot wound to the spine which causes his paralysis, so why is he still in a wheelchair?

The post-credits scene [this video] from X-Men: The Last Stand strongly hints that Professor Xavier survived by planting his consciousness in a comatose man. Wikipedia claims that in the DVD commentary the writers indicate that the man is a twin brother of Charles, explaining why they look exactly alike. I've heard that claim many times, but I don't own the DVD, so I can't check. Whether it's his twin brother-- or whether he had plastic surgery or something all that matters is that the Professor survives. But I'm afraid you're a bit confused when it comes to Cyclops and Jean. The opening battle [LINK] contains Shadowcat, Bishop, Blink, Sunspot, and Colossus, but not them. Their only appearances i
