You can always use the Table ( Official video [this video] ) widget if you want to align over widgets. e.g. Table( children: [ TableRow( children: [ TableCell( child: Text('My label 1'), ), TableCell( child: Text(':'), ), TableCell( child: Text('My Value 1'), ), ] ), TableRow( children: [ TableCell( child: Text('My label 2'), ), TableCell( child: Text(':'), ), TableCell( child: Text('My Value 3'), ), ] ), ] ), Take a look at this CodePen [LINK]

Of course GridView will be awesome, but then I saw [this video] which states that Table is preferred over GridView when you want a non-scrollable widget.

Table widget is made for non-scrollable GridView . It renders full Table widget tree once and keep its children alive. You can think it is similar like SingleChildScrollView . Here in your Table children generate only once and don't call dispose even though it is not visible on screen, and it is the nature of Table Widget. To test this, you create a statefullWidget and pass it to column children. For more Table (Flutter Widget of the Week) [this video] Table-class [LINK] Solution you can simply use ListView.Builder
