What it is

A fan-made compilation of nearly every scene in Star Trek: The Next Generation where Worf's suggestions, such as raising shields or going to red alert, are rejected or ignored by Picard and the bridge crew. It runs about 15 minutes and is organized by episode with timestamps. The uploader notes that Michael Dorn himself later saw it and found it amusing.

Most of the time when there is a threat or encounter with something foreign, Worf, as chief of security from season 2 of TNG onwards, recommends to load and arm torpedoes and phasers, normally followed by recommending firing them. Picard normally rejects this recommendation. Is there ever any time when Picard agrees that the best course of action is to fire torpedoes and phasers? (Note - I am not asking about a situation where the Enterprise/Federation is already at war, but more like a first-contact situation.)

For example, look at the yellow or red alerts. Only the commanding officer can declare them, unless a previously decided event happens (ship taking fire is an automated red alert by the computer). Even when the chief of security like Worf ***KNOWS*** that they should be at red alert, he still suggests it and lets Picard tell him ***NO*** [this video]

I recently stumbled upon this video which is a 15 minute compilation of Star Trek: The Next Generation scenes where Worf makes proposals which immediately get dismissed: That made me wonder if this is actually an accurate representation of how the Enterprise-D crew treated Worf. Are there any examples of episodes in ST:TNG where Worf proposed a course of action and the other characters agreed to it without further discussion?
