What it is
A SpringOne Platform 2018 conference talk by Josh Cummings and Joe Grandja of Pivotal on Spring Security 5's OAuth 2.0 support. It walks through securing a web app with the OAuth 2.0 Client (Authorization Code Grant) and a REST API with the new Resource Server support using JWTs and JWK sets.

I got the same issue. I changed the code as provided in the video : [this video] and that worked @Bean public WebClient webClient(ClientRegistrationRepository clientRegistrationRepository , OAuth2AuthorizedClientRepository authorizedClientRepository) { ServletOAuth2AuthorizedClientExchangeFilterFunction oauth = new ServletOAuth2AuthorizedClientExchangeFilterFunction (clientRegistrationRepository , authorizedClientRepository); return WebClient.builder().apply(oauth.oauth2Configuration()).build(); } Hope that helps.

There is a great video [this video] from Spring developer on YouTube about OAuth2/OpenID Connect. It shows how to implement the resource server using the newest Spring Security 5 solution. Probably the easiest and the best way to achieve this is to use an OpenID Connect server which will provide all user management stuff. On the market there are many solutions. Auth0 and Okta are Identity Clouds which provides their services for small amount of money. On the other hand you have Keycloak, which is a server which you can install in Docker or even on bare metal - it's free and open-source.

I am trying to implement a simple example following this: [this video] and this: [LINK] I am running a local OAuth2 Server using spring boot (@EnableAuthorizationServer) and I can take a token with this /oauth/token and check the token with /oauth/check_token. I created an application (APP_CORE) with spring boot (@EnableResourceServer) and protected endpoints (/key-value, /products, etc). Only with the token, the user can access the services. But now I have another application (APP_01) and I want to pass the token from APP_01 to APP_CORE. I can access whatever endpoint in APP_01 using the token, but when I am trying to access a method that tries to access another endpoint in APP_CORE using WebCli

Regarding the Joe Grandja presentation [this video] on OAuth2.0 in Spring Security 5.0 in the exact linked moment 5:01 [LINK] the project messaging-app is containing two "subprojects": client-app and resource-server , which are separate gradle / maven projects. Here are the subprojects repo [LINK] . However, in IntelliJ - under Project window - both subprojects seems to be "joined"/structured somehow UNDER the messaging-app parent project, which is like a container project for both of them. Questions: How to achieve this kind of structure in IntelliJ for two (or more) separate maven/gradle projects under third parent project? I assume that the subprojects' codebase is not under parent directory o
