What it is

The first part of sentdex's Tkinter series for Python 3.4. It introduces the goal of building a multi-page Bitcoin trading application with live graphs and trade execution, using Tkinter's class-based structure. It is a short screencast-style intro that sets up the larger tutorial series.

I don't have enough rep to comment, otherwise I would, but I used this video [this video] to get a grasp of interacting with pandas/numpy/matplotlib and tkinter. He ends up building a large application with it if you stick through all the videos. Even though you aren't likely doing the exact same thing, I think there might still be useful methods of interacting with your data and GUI gleamed from the videos. If the link ever dies, you can search on YouTube "Tkinter tutorial sentdex" Best of luck.

when writing apps with GUI's, in my opinion it is much easier and more efficient to use an Object orientated approach. For more details on how to implement tkinter applications using OOP please check out my guy Sentdex: [this video] The code below takes userinputs and checks against the details we have set. If a ceratin username and password are enetered then it will run a certain function. At the moment i have only coded for one outcome, which is if the user enter "abc" ... Code: from tkinter import * import tkinter as tk class Application(Frame): def __init__ (self, master): Frame.__init__(self,master) self.grid() self.username1 = "abc" self.password1 = "cba" username_label = Label(self, text="
