Here is a link to a similar question and answer I came up with [LINK] . But I ultimately used PhoneGap Build. Which to me seems to make more sense and seems to be a more streamlined solution than both Cordova and PhoneGap. Here is a video tutorial [this video] and source code for a Hello World, fully functioning starter app [LINK] for PhoneGap Build. Instructions: Download source code [LINK] . Zip downloaded folder. Upload .zip file to [LINK] . Click build button. Scan QR code using your mobile device. Download and install app on your mobile device. The entire process takes about one minute to complete.

As a I know I don't have to use IDE. [this video] I have a device where I can test the app, but I think the phonegap.js not attached to my application, while it compiles.

I was working on an Ionic2 project, where my client is asking for installable mobile app files for 3-4 platforms together, I have seen in Cordova/PhoneGap if you upload any client-side based project wrapped in zip or RAR format and upload it in PhoneGap build, they immediately provide the installable/downloadable file for various platform in just one shot, as shown in this video link [this video] I was wondering that is it possible in IONIC as well? because it is using the same Cordova for its framework development, Let me know.
