What it is
A 2m41s clip of the deleted Return of the Jedi scene in which Luke builds his green lightsaber on Tatooine, ripped from the bonus Blu-ray disc rather than a camera recording. It is posted by a fan channel, Jay Parmar, with Lucasfilm and Fox credited as owners.

There is a deleted scene from The Return of the Jedi where Luke completes his lightsaber on Tatooine. This was also addressed on the old " Ask the Jedi Council [LINK] " website. While Force intuition did play a great role in the construction of Luke Skywalker's new blade, all the necessary technical information was contained in the place where he built it: Obi-Wan Kenobi's hut on Tatooine. Main Canon There seems to be no specific description of where Luke got the kyber crystal from, other than that he was missing the " right pieces " needed for the construction of a lightsaber and found those parts (possibly including the crystal) amongst Ben's possessions on Tatooine. It makes sense for Ben to have had a lightsaber spare parts given that he was expecting to be there for a considerable amount of time and, critically, would have wanted Luke to construct his own saber at the end of his training. And yet he seemed to know exactly what he needed to know. Reaching out with his mind, he found the right pieces— some easily purchased, some much harder to acquire. After leaving Obi-Wan

This answer [LINK] included a clip of a deleted scene from Return of the Jedi . I has seen the deleted scene before, but I noticed this time that it included a brief shot of Vader sitting in his pressure sphere, which was almost certainly taken from footage that was originally shot for The Empire Strikes Back . This set me wondering what other footage was reused. The other obvious example that immediately came to mind was the footage of the DEATH STAR firing controllers that was shot for A New Hope and appeared in Return of the Jedi . Compare the original sequence of firing on Alderaan: with the sequence in Jedi (at 1:23). Similarly, the first poster for Revenge of the Jedi clearly shows a s

Could you be getting confused with the cave that Luke uses to make his lightsaber in this (pretty famous) deleted scene from Return of the Jedi? [LINK]

Force connection seems to offer limited, if any, ability to track the other person. In The Rise of Skywalker , for example, Rey and Kylo have been connected for about a year. When Kylo is on Kijimi, Rey is right above him in orbit, the two are actively dueling, and he still can't tell where she is until he sees Vader's helmet, which he kept in his room on his Star Destroyer (for some reason he didn't figure it out from her having the dagger that he kept in the same room). Likewise, when Luke projects himself to Crait in The Last Jedi , he presumably wouldn't have had any way of knowing Crait's exact location, but he is still able to manifest his presence there.
