Hey guys I got the answer. I need to add list from the tool bar. In my example every block has one principle and one Vice principle so I have to add one List for these two text boxes and then against each Principle and Vice Principle there are number of faculty staff so I need to add another List inside the parent list. It sounds like you want to use a LIST object to iterate through all of the selections of a single parameter for a table or set of tables and charts. Let me know if I have misinterpreted (as Steve may have). For example, if your parameter is for employees and you want to see data for each selected employee, you would filter the data for the employees selected, then use a list to go through your query one employee at a time - grouping the list by your employee ID field. Inside the list object (which is just a table with one column), you can add your charts, tables and text boxes you need just like the report body. For your idea of having a combined total page first, you would make the page tha

Why not just use a list control for this? you can hide or show it as you need. There is a good video tutorial for this here: [this video]

You need to create a flat contract in your case List<SessionDetailEntity> SessionDetails will be only used. There is no need to use the list in another class. Just add all the extra properties in to SessionDetailEntity class only. Follow the Steps : You can add a list in rdlc design. Add group on the list of rdlc design. Use the property you want to group your data by - which will be your heading. After that add a table and expressions to display data. It will repeat your data as you explained. You can also refer to following youtube video which explains about grouping : [this video]

To repeat a chart for different groups, use a LIST to do the overall grouping and put your chart or table inside it. Here I have a table of data that I wanted to break up by location. [LINK] I created a List to group by location and put the table inside. Notice the grouping bracket on the left side of the tables. The LIST groups everything. [LINK] You would set the list dataset to the same as your data and group on the field(s) for your grouping. MSDN - Lists [LINK] SSRS Group by in the List Report [LINK] [this video]
