Crafting the Perfect AngularJS Model and Making it Real Time
Why Stack Overflow recommends it
Stack Overflow users link it when they need a worked pattern for structuring AngularJS models, for example to build undo flows, share model instances across controllers, or inherit from Array-like model classes.

What it is
A 2014 conference-style talk from the official Angular channel by Matt Creager of GoInstant, on building a proper model layer for AngularJS and extending two-way binding to real-time data sync via GoAngular. It includes a Brad Green intro and a lightning talk by Brian Ford on handling lots of data in Angular.

How about I do you one better, I gave a talk on this subject matter at Google a few weeks ago: [this video] That talk includes links to various examples in this repo: [LINK] If you need a softer on-boarding let me know and I'll create a simple example, might be a couple of weeks though, I'm about to head south for my wedding :)

Problem: Why is my Angular App throwing a Unknown Provider Error on: UnitProvider <- Unit Error: Error: [$injector:unpr] Unknown provider: UnitProvider <- Unit Codepen: LIVE CODE Example [LINK] I recently watched a video on Angular Youtube called: Crafting the Perfect AngularJS Model and Making it Real Time [this video] Github Repo [LINK] Background: I really feel inspired; I feel as if, I understand the theory and result of this approach but I'm having a lot of problems connecting all the dots. Any extra commenting that doesnt exist would be super helpful!!! Code js: angular.module('Modelbuildr', []).config(function() {}); var app = angular.module('Modelbuildr'); // Switch COMMENT on the MainCtr

Is there an approach that preserves the single-definition of validation, allows immediate client-side validation, and still provides the strength of server-side validation? I'm familiar with the following two approaches: ngval ( [LINK] ) [LINK] The first renders ng-validation syntax in Razor output, based on rules stated in the model. That seems like it couples me too tightly to building Razor views, when Razor views often won't intuitively pair with a well-organized Angular app. I could use this approach, but it seems it's more a result of someone wanting to replicate "Unobtrusive jQuery/MVC Validation", than building something well-suited to Angular. The second approach just returns server

Yes, the question is: "How do I inherit from Array in TypeScript". The design works quite well: link [this video] . I've released several projects using this technique in JS. I want to move to TypeScript from JS and would like to take this pattern with me.

The complication of the model is based on our need to be able to implement many instances of our controllers without each of them firing off api req. Part of it is inspired by code found here: [this video] I will try to inegrate this into our main code, and will let you know :) thanks for the working plunker!
