scrapy -> python[version='>=2.7,<2.8.0a0|>=3.6,<3.7.0a0|>=3.8,<3.9.0a0|>=3.7,<3.8.0a0|>=3.5,<3.6.0a0'] remember to check the python version that scrapy is compatible with. I have spend my whole day trying to solve the issue. Then finally realised python 3.9.1 is not supported. After that, I've setup a virtual environment with python 3.6. Used pip install scrapy and it works. Can check this guy's youtube video out to setup a virtual environment: [this video] Hope it helps xD

If nothing seems to be working, you can install anaconda [LINK] and start using conda environments [LINK] . They are one of the best solutions to these kind of errors. Also video for Windows [this video] and Linux [LINK] .

in the bottom of the pycharm IDE there's a tab called 'Terminal'. click it and go to your python env : /home/clay/PycharmProjects/ganymede/venv in your case. then type python -m pip uninstall tensorflow python -q pip install tensorflow==2.1.0 if you don't see an output you successfully installed tensorflow but if you do see something delete tensorflow once again and try using a conda venv instead (tutorial: [this video] ) then activate your venv and conda install tensorflow lastly. make sure your pycharm interpreter is ran on your conda venv.
