How to model a MOSFET using a datasheet.
Why Electrical Engineering Stack Exchange recommends it
Electronics Stack Exchange answerers point people to it when a manufacturer SPICE model is missing or too basic and they need to build a MOSFET model from datasheet curves.

What it is
A 2013 screen-recorded tutorial by Robert Bolanos on building a SPICE model of a MOSFET from datasheet values. He extracts a DC model, checks it by reproducing the family of curves in SPICE, then uses the input, output and reverse capacitances to derive the parasitic capacitances that dominate the AC behavior.

You can model it with two customized (complementary) MOSFET models connected as a typical CMOS push-pull output. Here [this video] is a link to a video How to model a MOSFET using a Datasheet showing how to model a MOSFET from a datasheet. If you google you can probably find other similar tutorials on creating models.

K is called the conduction parameter. The simplest way it to get it from the SPICE model [LINK] that the manufacturer gives for the FET. If the manufacturer doesn't give a SPICE model for a FET... it's usually "no sale" for me... If you still want to get it from a datasheet... you need to do curve fitting as described in MOS Model Parameter Extraction Techniques: A Comparison by C.G. Cahill, K. McCarthy, W.A. Lane [LINK] [for instance]. There are some youtube videos [this video] showing how to do something like that with just two data points from the graph, but the error you'll get that way is going to be large. There's a on-line app [LINK] that seemingly does that (properly) but it's unfortunate

Welcome to the non-academic world. Simply we do not use K parameter very often. Also in switching application we do not care about the "K". But try to watch this [this video] and read this [LINK]

But these basic model parameters dos not include any information about the parasitic inductance and capacitance. Are you aware of this? Also, you can download the model directly from Rhom sie. [LINK] And if you find some time you can try to watch this: [this video]
