my intellisense does not auto complete my unity related code (input, rigidbody etc) and does not give the same things colors, in addition it does not highlight errors at all, it is on 2021.1.1.7f1 and i use visual studios for c#. in case it matters I am a starting coder and used this video to teach myself: [this video] I have tried using related videos on youtube, I have tried switching the external script editor, and I have no idea where to even start. thank you very much

I'm watching this video to get an idea of how to start using Unity: [this video] If you go to 59:59 you can see that after he pulled the RiggidBody component, he's able to get a dropdown menu of preloaded/recommended code to add. When I try using Unity and Visual Studio for C# I'm not getting this dropdown menu of recommendations. Anyone know how I can turn this on? I feel like that would be a great way to play around and see what C+ has to offer.

So I'm following a basic unity tutorial and this is the code for it but my character stops moving after I change the 0 here to a 1 and it is done in the tutorial. Can you help me? I tried to look at the code of the video's creator but I could not find any differences. This is the video I was following [this video] if (Physics.OverlapSphere(groundCheckTransform.position, 0.1f).Length == 1) using System.Collections; using System.Collections.Generic; using UnityEngine; public class Player : MonoBehaviour { [SerializeField] private Transform groundCheckTransform = null; private bool jumpKeyWasPressed; private float horizontalInput; private Rigidbody rigidbodyComponent; // Start is called before the f
