I have setup my environment based on this video steps: [this video] It helped me to run the app on the device but I cannot debug it. Now I want to be able to debug the test project. By saying debug I mean to placing breakpoints, run application of device and see that it stops on breakpoints. Also I want to see the stacktrace. How I can do this? What eclipse setting I need to configure?

Well, I finally got cocos2d-x into the IDE, and now I can make minor changes like change the label text. But when trying to add a sprite, the app crashes on my phone (Galaxy Ace 2), and I can't make sense of the debug output. I followed THIS [this video] video to set up my IDE, and i've literally just gone to add a sprite in the template project... Could someone help me fix this please: 07-22 13:22:32.310: D/PhoneWindow(22070): couldn't save which view has focus because the focused view org.cocos2dx.lib.Cocos2dxGLSurfaceView@405240c8 has no id. 07-22 13:22:32.930: V/SurfaceView(22070): org.cocos2dx.lib.Cocos2dxGLSurfaceView@405240c8 got app visibiltiy is changed: false 07-22 13:22:32.930: I/GLThr

Nope.... I like that answer just fine...! lol. I didn't understand most of it but i'll do some research to see if I can find out more to build up the question a little. BTW, as you can imagine, I'm literally only just starting out and everything I've done so far is in this video: [this video]

I'm trying to set up cocos2d-x for android and I followed a video tutorial [this video] I passed the steps for terminal without any problem ( setup.py command result is as expected). My problem is after I set NDK_ROOT in C/C++ Build - environment section , I get some java.lang.NullPointerException exceptions. For example when I restart eclipse I get the following error. An internal error occurred during: "Android Library Update". java.lang.NullPointerException When I try to reopen C/C++ Build - environment section I get The currently displayed page contains invalid values. error and I can't edit the environment values. I have a problem regarding to cocos2dx v3 setting up android on mac. I use this video ( [this video] ) as a guide. In the video everything is doing fine but on my own eclipse, there's an error that shows up under my console tab. This is the statement error that I found : "python /Users/kirbyasterabadilla/Desktop/OracleEye/proj.android/build_native.py -b release all NDK_ROOT not defined. Please define NDK_ROOT in your environment". I also tried installing NDK plugin inside my eclipse IDE but still can't solve the problem. Please help me with this one. What should I do to make this error disappear?
