At 00:40 to 00:42 of the following YouTube video, a line that is thicker at the start and thinner at the end is moving along a path, as if you move a fireball. This is a Blender tutorial channel, so this is probably made with Blender, but there is no tutorial for that part. [this video] [LINK] [LINK] How can I make it like a thinning line like the video above? PS: This is the animation I made after learning from the accepted answer: [LINK]

Thanks, but there is one big problem. Using the bevel method, the line is just growing like this [LINK] , not moving like the YouTube video [this video] . Also, pressing `v` had no effect on my Blender. It would be helpful if you explain how to adjust the "taping" (thin/thickness control) in more details (how to make thicker/thinner).

I am watching from a tutorial but I am not following it exactly so I can do it myself but I ran into the bevel modifier issue which did not yield the same result as shown in the tutorial. this is the tutorial's result [LINK] as you can see the guard of the sword has bent edges mine however do not [LINK] here is a link the tutorial [this video] he did the bevel modifier at around 36:03 I am uploading the link of my project in the comments

I am a complete beginner using Blender, and I am following this tutorial from CG Fast Track [this video] . It all works as expected up until the tutorial goes into the Shading chapter at 1h33m. The problem is this: The UV texture on the object looks decent (I think) when I am in "Edit mode" like this: [LINK] but if I switch to "Object mode", it is messed up: [LINK] I have tried looking around as to why this happens, but it is beyond me at this point. I dont think its doable to explain every setting and every number in the blender file that I have currently. Maybe someone knows what this might be, or, if someone finds the time and energy, here is the blender file and the texture images: [LINK] Tha

I don't know what this problem is, i'm following this tutorial [this video] . My extrudes leave these artifacts after adding loop cuts. I can add loop cuts to the very corner but that will remove the bevels. I'm wondering what type of problem is this called and how do I practice making cleaner extrudes/bevels.
