How to Create Low Poly Nature - Blender Tutorial
Why Blender Stack Exchange recommends it
Blender Stack Exchange users link it when they are following along with the tutorial and get stuck at a specific timestamp, such as copying material nodes or reducing vertices.

What it is
A roughly 50-minute Blender tutorial by CG Geek on building low poly nature assets such as grass, flowers, rocks and trees. It walks through modelling and material setup step by step and points to texture sources and a related texture-creation video.

I'm following this tutorial here: [this video] and around 29:25, he copies his material nodes from the grass to his leaves and mine turned out to be too transparent. [LINK] Here are my nodes for the grass: [LINK] If you need anymore information here's my .blend file: [LINK]

You are also starting out on a new adventure, and a very steep learning curve. If you don't already have it, you will need to gain an understanding of modelling, texturing, rigging, lighting, staging, sound/sound fx, pacing, composing, compositing, story structure, cinematic structure, and, and, and. Blender can do many things, and you have a lot to learn just for that. But consider you will also have to gain some mastery of other programs like audacity (for audio) and the gimp (for texturing/backgrounds) as well before you can, as you say it, prof animate in a little map. I guess you need to do what every one of us has done, search for tutorials on what you need to know at the time. Why not

I'm following a Youtube tutorial on how to create a tree. The person in the tutorial is using Blender v2.75 while I'm using v2.79. He decreased the tree's radius scale to make it look more realistic, but I cannot find the same thing in my toolbar. I played with the custom shape settings but none of them seems to be right. Googled and found nothing helpful for this. Does anyone know where to find it in v2.79? Thank you! [LINK] Here's a link to the Youtube tutorial if that's helpful: [this video]
